About Unkle Fungus
Hello, my name is Drew Zimmerman. I started Unkle Fungus Mushrooms LLC in 2020 to grow nutrient dense organic mushrooms for my local community to combat the food shortages during the pandemic. I have since changed my trajectory from mushroom farmer to consultant and sales of exotic value added products. I am a single father of 2 young boys and I strive to support my family through my business. Thank you all for the endless support! It means the world to us.

All of my products are single sourced small batch locally grown and of my own creation. I make fermented hot sauce with peppers grown on property, seasoning salts made with wild foraged and cultivated ingredients, UFM apparel, grow kits of all sorts, and much more.
